1. Price includes only monotone backgrounds. Detailed backgrounds start at $20 (500.000 VNĐ).2. +80% standard fee for each additional character of the same type in one illustration.3. For detailed characters, there will be extra charges, usually 20% to 40% more of the original price (depending on the detail). This also applies to the complexity of poses.4. Commercial use (such as selling as merchandise, making any revenue based on the arts) will be charged 100% more.5. Orders in bulk can go with negotiable prices.

Commission Terms of Service
Last Updated: November 20, 2025By commissioning the Artist, the Client agrees to the following terms. Please read carefully before placing an order.

1. General
* The Artist reserves the right to decline any commission request for any reason.
* The Artist does not accept requests containing NSFW or offensive content.
* Communication will be conducted via email ([[email protected]] or the Artist’s official social media accounts.
* These Terms of Service may be updated at any time. The version in effect at the time of commissioning will apply.---2. Payment* All prices are listed in USD or VNĐ.
* Full payment is required upfront before work begins. For commissions larger than 2,000,000 VNĐ, a 50% deposit may be accepted.
* The remaining payment must be completed after the final sketch.
* Accepted payment methods: PayPal or Vietnamese bank transfer.
* Payments are non-refundable once work has begun, except under specific circumstances described in Section 7.Waitlist Policy* To secure a slot on the Artist’s waitlist, a 20% reservation fee of the standard commission price is required.
* If the Client cancels within 3 days before the scheduled commission date, the reservation fee will be retained by the Artist.
* If the Client does not pay the required payment (50% or full) within 7 days after the commission slot is announced to begin, the slot will be canceled.---3. ProcessAfter confirming commission details, the workflow will proceed as follows:1. The Artist will provide up to 4 color sketch options for the Client to choose from.
2. Once a sketch is approved, the Artist will proceed with:* Clean sketch
* Coloring
* RenderingProgress updates will be shared at the following stages:* Sketch
* Coloring
* Final renderingTurnaround time may vary depending on complexity and workload, typically 3 days to 8 weeks.
If the Client requires a deadline, it must be discussed before payment.---4. Revisions* Up to 6 rounds of revisions are allowed during the whole process.
* Additional revisions beyond this may incur extra fees.
* Minor revisions may be requested after completion. However, if the changes require significant repainting or differ from the original brief, additional fees will apply.---5. Usage RightsPersonal UseThe Client may use the commissioned artwork for personal purposes, including:* Profile pictures
* Personal printing
* Posting on social media with proper credit to the ArtistCommercial UseCommercial use requires a separate licensing fee (typically 100%–300% of the base price).Commercial use includes, but is not limited to:* Merchandise
* Advertising
* Promotional materials
* Any use that generates profitThe Client must notify the Artist in advance if a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is required.Artist’s RightsThe Artist retains full copyright to the artwork, including the right to display it in portfolios, social media, and promotional materials.---6. Prohibited UsesThe Client will not:* Claim the artwork as their own
* Use the artwork in AI training datasets
* Use the artwork for NFTs or blockchain-related project
* Alter, edit, or resell the artwork without the Artist’s permission---7. Cancellation & Refunds*Refund is only accepted more than 7 days before the Client's commission begins.
