1. Price includes only monotone backgrounds. Detailed backgrounds start at $20.3. For detailed characters, there will be extra charges, usually 20% to 40% more of the original price (depending on the detail). This also applies to the complexity of poses.4. Commercial use (such as selling as merchandise, making any revenue based on the arts) will be charged 100% more.5. Orders in bulk can go with negotiable prices.
Terms of Service
By commissioning me (the Artist), you (the Client) agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before placing an order.1. General- I will not accept requests containing NSFWs and religious/political/social offensiveness.- Communication will be conducted through email: [email protected] or my social media.- These terms may be updated at any time; the version in effect at the time of commissioning will apply.2. Payment- All prices are listed in USD or VNĐ.- Full payment (or at least a 50% deposit, if agreed) must be made upfront before work begins. The rest of the payment must be paid before lineart.- Accepted payment method: PayPal/Vietnamese bank.- Payments are non-refundable once the final artwork has been delivered.3. Process- After confirming details, I will provide max 4 color sketch options for approval.- Once approved, I will proceed with clean sketch, lineart, colors, and rendering.- Progress updates will be shared at key stages (color sketch, clean sketch, line art, colors, final).- Turnaround time varies (typically 3 days – 8 weeks); deadlines must be discussed beforehand.4. Revisions- Additional fee will be applied after 3 rounds of revisions during the clean sketch phase. You can request minor revisions after I send the completed work but if the revisions require extra painting that is not mentioned in the original brief, there will be additional fees too.5. Usage Rights- Personal Use: The Client may use the commissioned artwork for personal purposes (e.g., profile picture, printing for personal use, sharing online with proper credit).- Commercial Use: Requires a separate license fee (100% - 300% of the base price). Commercial use includes merchandise, advertising, or any use that generates profit. Please notify me if a Non-Disclosure Agreement is required.- Artist’s Rights: I retain full rights to the artwork, including the right to display it in my portfolio, social media, and promotional materials.6. Prohibited Uses- The Client may not claim the artwork as their own.- The Client may not use the artwork in AI datasets, NFTs, or blockchain-related projects.- The Client may not alter or resell the artwork without permission.7. Cancellation & Refunds- If the Client cancels before I start, a full refund may be issued.- If work has begun, only a partial refund will be considered (based on the progress made).- No refunds after the final product has been delivered.8. Delivery- Final files will be delivered digitally via Google Drive or Email
